Driving directions would be “Röntgenstraße 16/ Multiscale Imaging Centre”; approx. 10 minutes, 5 km.

Train and Bus

Trains by the Deutsche Bahn arrive at Münster central station (Hauptbahnhof).

Buses take approx. 25-30 minutes from Münster central station, and leave in front of the central station.

Bus route 2 ( direction “Alte Sternwarte”), leaves every 20 minutes.

Leave bus at stop “Wilhelm-Klemm-Straße". Follow the signs "Max-Planck-Institut": walk approx. 100 m in driving direction (of the bus) and turn left into "Röntgenstraße". After approx. 100 m turn to the right. After a left turn in the road, the Multiscale Imaging Centre is on the right-hand side.

Bus route 11 direction Gievenbeck Dieckmannstraße

Leave the bus at the stop "Schreiberstraße". Walk approx. 50 m in driving direction (of the bus) and turn right to follow the signs "Max-Planck-Institut". After about 250 m take the left turn into the "Röntgenstraße". The Multiscale Imaging Centre is on the right-hand side.

Alternative bus routes involve stop overs. You can take a number of buses to the Coesfelder Kreuz, and from here you can either walk (5 minutes) or take the bus 2 or  to "Wilhelm-Klemm-Straße".

Car

You reach Münster by car via the federal motorway A1 exit “Münster Nord”:

• follow B54 towards “Münster-Zentrum”
• at the third traffic light, turn right onto “”Austermannstraße” (direction Technologiepark)
• you will pass two roundabouts (go straight)
• at the third roundabout follow the 3rd exit (left) onto “Mendelstraße”
• at the first traffic light turn right into Corrensstraße
• take the second turn to the right into "Röntgenstraße" and continue straight

The Multiscale Imaging Centre is located on the right-hand side of the street.
