Based on the answers you have provided, we recommend the use of the Broad Consent as the legal basis for the request of data or biomaterials. You have two options for applying for this.

Application directly in Münster: If you only want to apply for data or biomaterials from Münster University Hospital, you can download the Application for Use directly from the website of the Use&Access Committee and send it completed to the MeDIC.

Application via the FDPG: After free registration, the same application can be sent directly to all affiliated university hospitals in Germany via the Research Data Portal for Health. Although processing takes a little longer, data and biomaterials from all clinics can be aggregated in order to obtain a larger number of cases.
