The Equal Opportunities Officer of the Faculty of Medicine invites all female researchers who are at the beginning of their post-doc phase to an information event in which the content and application procedure for the "Women's Leadership Journey" funding programme, which will be offered again in 2024, will be presented.

About the content:

The "MOMENTUM Women's Leadership Journey" is a nine-month leadership and personal development programme that aims to sharpen the individual perception of one's own leadership in projects and everyday activities and to further develop and strengthen the individual leadership skills of female scientists at different qualification levels.
