We are very pleased to announce an unique event organised by the CRU326 Equal Opportunity Office and the Medical Faculty Münster:

Leadership Journey MOMENTUM - the very first cohort starting in 2021!

The 9-month self-reflective and experiential journey aims to identify the own personal development focus and uses everyday situations to experiment, nudge the system and raise your awareness of leadership competencies. Five interactive labs will result in a shift from Reactive to Creative - to more effectively lead own projects! For the first run, nine CRU326 members had the opportunity to apply for the programme and represent the very first cohort of this event in Münster.
 

The kick-off meeting takes place via Zoom. In the first part, Prof. Dr. Petra Scheutzel from the Medical Faculty as well as Prof. Dr. Jörg Gromoll from the CRU326 will welcome all participants and their principal investigators. Then, the coach and communication trainer Annie Bordeleau will outline the respective programme. The second part will mark the start of the programme.
