The project "Inhibition of transportome proteins in mouse PDAC models" is led by Heinrich Hildebrand and Sven Christian. Selected members of the transportome (e.g. K_V10.1, NHE1) which have been biochemically and pharmacologically characterized in PDAC cell culture models will be further analyzed in in vivo mouse models (subcutaneous, orthotopic, or transgenic). This will support the validation of such proteins as therapeutic targets.
