Partner 6 (UFi): Annarosa Arcangeli leads WP3.The project "Voltage-gated K⁺ channels (KV) and integrin receptors in PDAC" has its focus on KV11.1 (hERG1) channels. Using in vitro models and transgenic mice the function and signalling (e.g. via interacting with integrins) of KV11.1 in PDAC progression will be determined.
