    • The intersection between medicine and psychological research; neurobiological foundations of psychiatric disorders
    • Transgenerational transmission of psychiatric disorders, the role of genetic components and the interplay between risk and protective factors in the development of mental health disorders
    • Identification of risk factors and protective factors in transition phases during bio-psycho-social processes and the subsequent improvement of preventive strategies and treatment approaches.
