The ZBB supports researchers from the medical faculty and international, scientific institutions in their research projects. For this purpose, researchers can request biomaterial samples from us that support the inclusion criteria of the planned project. Every request is checked internally by us, i.e. whether, for example, a valid ethical vote is available. The ZBB offers researchers at the Medical Faculty to store biomaterial samples from their own studies in the central biobank. We would be happy to advise you on the planning of a new study or on the integration of an existing study into the ZBB.
