Das ODMToolbox-Projekt ist ein Framework für Konverter in das und aus dem ODM-Format. Viele dieser Konverter können direkt verwendet werden, insbesondere aus dem Medical Data Models-Portal (MDM Portal) heraus. Für die Konvertierung größerer Datenmengen steht jeweils eine Version zur Verfügung, die lokal über Docker genutzt werden kann.
