TRENDO partners at World Congress of Endometriosis 2023

TRENDO showed a strong presence at the World Congress of Endometriosis in Edinburgh, with numerous active contributions at poster and oral presentations.

TRENDO secondee Kristina Kiisholts presented new data on targeting the ECM proteins tenascin-c & fibronectin in endometriosis at WCE2023 in Edinburgh in a successful collaboration of the CCHT Tartu & Karolinska Institute teams

The World Congress of Endometriosis in Edinburgh also offered a great opportunity for networking: Trendo coordinator Martin Götte from WWU Münster  enjoyed discussing different angles of endometriosis research with Ulrik Bak Kirk. 
Dr Kirk coordinates another Horizon 2020 project which focuses on improving diagnosis, prevention and care in endometriosis, FEMaLe (Finding Endometriosis using Machine Learning - https://findingendometriosis.eu/).
