Participating laboratories will receive a blood mixture and a reference sample of a potential trace donor. DNA analysis will be performed by the laboratory and a subsequent statistical analysis using fully continuous models should use the model validated in the respective lab.  .

Participants will receive a certificate of participation. A summary of all submitted results will be made available so that the laboratory can assess its own performance.

Den teilnehmenden Laboren wird eine Blutmischung sowie die Vergleichsprobe eines möglichen Spurenverursachers zur Verfügung gestellt, die zunächst typisiert und anschließend mit probabilistic genotyping, also sog. vollkontinuierlichen Modellen, bewertet werden soll. 

Ein Zertifikat über die Teilnahme wird erstellt. Mit der Auswertung wird den teilnehmenden Laboren eine Zusammenfassung aller eingereichten Ergebnisse zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass das Labor die eigene Leistung einordnen kann.
