Die Rolle von intrazellulären Kalziumregulatoren innerhalb der Integrinaktivierung und Leukozytenrekrutierung
Bei Infektionen werden Leukozyten schnell in einer koordinierten Abfolge in entzündete Gewebe rekrutiert, die für eine angemessene Immunantwort erforderlich sind. STIM-Kalziumsensorproteine und ORAI-Kalziumkanäle sind in den store-operated calcium entry (SOCE) in Immunzellen involviert. Vorläufige Daten deuten darauf hin, dass STIM1 und ORAI1 für die chemokininduzierte Integrinaktivierung und die Adhäsion von neutrophilen Granulozyten erforderlich sind. Hierzu werden wir die folgenden Fragen behandeln: 1) Was ist der molekulare Zusammenhang zwischen Kalziumkonzentration-regulierenden Proteinen und GTPasen in neutrophilen Granulozyten? 2) Welche Rolle spielen STIM und ORAI bei der Regulation der Integrinaktivität und 3) für die verschiedenen Schritte der Neutrophilenrekrutierung?
