    Die Rolle der intrazellulären Kalzium-Regulatoren bei der Integrinaktivierung und der Rekrutierung von Leukozyten

    GTPasen in Leukozyten sind an der Leukozytenrekrutierung in entzündliches Gewebe beteiligt. Die Rolle von GTPase-Regulatoren an diesem Prozess ist jedoch unbekannt. Wir werden verschiedene Moleküle, die an der Regulation der Rac-Aktivität und somit an der Leukozytenrekrutierung beteiligt sind, untersuchen. Des Weiteren wird die Rolle von Myosin 9B, einem RhoA-spezifischen GAP, in diesen Prozessen untersucht. Gen-defiziente Mäuse, Retrovirus-Technologie und biochemische Methoden werden benutzt um die molekularen Mechanismen der Integrinaktivierung und Leukozytenrekrutierung zu untersuchen.
